I know this is AI created but it reminds me a kinky story I read once about high society woman who was sent to a facility to "train" her for her new Master. Among the many horrors and degrading acts she endured, one of them was a punishment gag, much like this. A heavy steel ball only her balls had tiny little spikes on it to make it all the more uncomfortable. She would be gagged like this for hours, usually after she had talked backed, or acted impertinent.
