Who knows a private clinic / certified doctor who is seriously able to do it and isn't located in a shithole?

Well, the only countries where female circumcision is practiced where it is *not* illegal are Chad, Liberia, Mali, Sierra Leone, Somalia and Sudan...
That said, there's several countries where it is illegal but where you might still get it done, in places like Dubai, Egypt, Iraq etc.

I don't have the faintest I'm afraid.
My own interest isn't in the medical approach as such.
I'm more interested in doing this myself in a dungeon setting,
BDSM and that kind of things.

What kind of removal do the two of you have in mind?
Just a clit glans removal or a deep removal including the crus of the clitoris?
Do you two plan to remove the inner or outer labia?
Do you plan to sew her shut?
Some of these things are safe to do at home by the two of you.
Other things is best done by professional doctors.

We agree to do a full labia minora and full clitoris removal.
Sewing her shut is not my intention, but I've read it will heal much better if it's sewn half way shut.

Doing it at home is not my first choice because I want her to give a professional experience which she can enjoy and feel safe - maybe get something else done at the same time.
Also she likes to go to doctors (got a boob job and other things) and to plan her future surgeries.

From a risk perspective doing it at home is no problem until something goes wrong.

Again, you don't make it clear if you mean the clit glans or also internal parts of the clit like the crus.

Everything in pink in that picture is a part of the clitoris, not just the little nob on the outside, but most people seem to think that what you see on the outside is the whole clitoris, hence why it's important to make the difference clear.
If all you want is to remove the clit glans then you can do it at home with a razor if you want.
Just make sure that both the blade, the clit, your hands/gloves and the wound is properly disinfected at every stage of the process so there's no infections and that the wound is treated well.

If you want a deep removal including the crus then you'll need a proper surgery.
And while I used to know about a good online source showing how to do it step by step that has been taken down now.
And quite frankly that is something I'd recommend leaving to professionals.

There is no chance that I‘ll allow a circ at someone’s basement or with improvised places. Even if I can’t find someone who can perform the internal removal.

There is a girl, or was, in fetlife who called herself circdgirl. She has, or had, contacts in Germany who can do this. I did circumcisions myself back in the day, none since 2003. A body mod professional doing circ's is NOT a licensed doctor and will be doing these in situations where , while not illegal, simply means they are not specifically legal either. They may or may not be in a "basement". But even a shop front is not a doctors office, which is often a shop front said doctors office.

Including internal if possible.

Apparently the ban on FGM in the US at a federal level was ruled as being unconstitutional due to the lines between what the states in the US are allowed to decide and what the federal government is allowed to decide.

So since several states have no specific laws against FGM it's technically legal there now.
That said, there might be other laws that applies instead.
Still, while the US health care system is bad by western standards it's still a western system.
So perhaps you are able to find a clinic there that's willing to do it?
