Can you recommend good capture s/w for Mac? Free, I can't pay for Camtasia. Would be nice if it did sound, too, for when it's actually on.
I have a lot of QT captures, but no sound, and I need to crop so just her window shows.

I don't have any recommendations for mac, as I use Windows. My program doesn't record sound, either. It's a pain. You can try routing your headphone jack into your mic jack and see if that works.
As far as cropping goes, I'd avoid that. Just find something to cover your cam if you're actually using yours. I know I personally prefer it when it's the whole screen and not just the cam. It bothers me not knowing what's going on.
