Actually, and this will probably get a shit storm stirred, I think that Native American's are generally more racist than white people. I lived on a rez for a while and they (not all - just like not ALL of any other ethnicity are racist) tend to be racist towards everybody, including other native tribes. Just my opinion though and we all know how opinions are...

i can where u get that from, i dated a navajo girl from az, and what u said is true, the girl i dated was half white half navajo, and her grandparents liked her the least amount bc she wasnt pure navajo,
but with that being said most native americans only hate whites, bc of the trail of tears, and land stealing.. but theres shit loads of racism on those reservations.

But not all of them are like that. I know a lot of people who live in Isleta and I've always gotten along with them really well. Sure, there are some people who cannot let go of pain or hate, but not everybody is like that.

Pretty much. I was in the NW region, and don't get me wrong, there are some absolutely wonderful people on the rez's, but like anywhere else, there are some real pieces of shit there, too. Just like everywhere ele in the country. I wish everyone would get off "the blame game" and quit trying to blame someone/everybody else for their own problems. Yes, life is a bitch, shit happens, but damnit suck it up, put some big boy panties on, have a can of man and go on with your damn life.
