My wife wants to be more sexual and free, but there's something holding her back. She wants to know if ambien is good to loosen her up, or if there are other things she can take that would do the job better. Something that will make her lose her inhibitions. Any ideas and help are greatly appreciated. Pics to follow if it works.

Why not just lay into some red wine, or (seriously) smoke a doobie or 2 to loosen up. Ambien is going to slow her down, or make her not remember it... which eliminates the point of the liberation process... just my opinion. So, what have you tried already??

Also, as a follow up, what exactly is it she wants to try?

She hasn't tried anything yet. Ambien was just one thing we heard of. The other was DHEA I think. We have done wine, and it does help a little. She likes dirty talk, but wants to take it further. Is interested in having photos and video taken of her. Also wants a facial or two. Who knows really, she has all theses ideas but then stops herself. Typical catholic upbringing. I want her to be as wild as she wants to be.

Well, It's most definitely different from woman to woman. Some want to be eased in, but it doesn't sound like that's working. Here's my suggestion: get that wine flowing again, pop on some woman-friendly porn, then switch up to some hardcore stuff, but ask her what dirty stuff she wants to see and do! . Have her start bating, and take some pics/vid of that. Show them to her, and tell her how sexy she looks. Then next time, take pics/vids of some oral stuff, work up to it. As far as a facial, fuck her good, how she likes it, then just say "i'm cumming on your face" do it spur of the moment, dont let her think about it too much. Women are generally submissive in bed, you just have to be the assertive one... break her of her Catholic moral upbringing and turn her into the slut she wants to be! If it works, I just set up a new profile, MrNo_One. I'd love too see the results!

Thanks for the replies. Trying to break her out of it, hopefully something other than wine will work for us. Anyone have anymore suggestions?

@ FreakyFun, opiates are a good call too... loosen her up a bit, and make her quit bitching about the pian BEFORE the anal sex! Lmao! My wifey is the same way, you can usually predict which particular freakflag she'll fly depending on the color of the booze I feed her!

DHEA can be a double-edged sword. It's a base hormone, and can go down many paths to become many other sub-hormones depending on how the body is currently functioning. My sister tried some for a weak libido, and while it did help her libido it also caused her to start growing facial hair, deepened her voice a bit, etc. It's b/c it can turn into estrogen or testosterone or progesterone. If your wife has a great sex drive, but just feels shy, then she may respond to BDSM play. A lot of women feel sexually repressed, so they need their man to take control and make them do naughty things. Start out with some light spanking, and see how things go from there. Many times, a woman that is shy will end up doing a lot of pervy things when a guy is holding her reigns and making her do them. It's a matter of trusting her partner, and knowing that he won't go too far. But, that's what a safety word is for. If she's lacking in libido, she could go to an endocrinologist to see if her thyroid is low. Women are very susceptible to low thyroid and even adrenal fatigue. This can put a serious crimp in their sex drives. Low sex drives makes a person not want to do much sexually, and women can cop out of sex by just acting coy or shy abuot it when actually they're just never in the mood due to lack of libido.

If you want to experiment with DHEA, I recommend a blend called "Cobra". You should be able to find it at any yuppie-hippie health store. It has a mix of herbs + caffeine + DHEA. Sister and I experimented with that for a week, and we both liked the results (not on each other ... get your mind out of the gutter). But, as I said, DHEA can be good or bad. If DHEA is effective, then it's usually a sign of hormonal imbalance. Unfortuately, doctors still run very rudimentary tests, and if they come back "fine" they say you're "fine" even when there's something wrong with you.
