I'm a trans woman who's had my breasts enhanced. I was originally a 32a, so slightly larger than Lyra.
My advice is that you'll always regret not going bigger. I got warned that 400cc was borderline risky. I went with 350cc and now have a nice cleavage... but I kind of wish I'd pushed my luck to 400 or more!
