Upload it it on http://www.eroprofile.com/m/videos/home and compare.

That will tell you where the problem is.

Vids here are width: 700px height: 565px

Not quite sure where you got 240 from..but if you record/cap using the above dimensions (or re-edit it to those dimensions yourself before uploading) it loses nothing..
