All insults aside, I think you might be looking for a Torbe video (PutoLocura, I believe). I'm not entirely certain by what you gave to go on but it sounds line it might be the Davinia casting vid. It starts with talking to her across from some apartment-like buildings (though she isn't smoking), she kind of fits your description (though I wouldn't necessarily consider her "chubby", she does have a more roundish face, is pale, dark reddish-brown hair, and a couple small kanji tattoos in her pelvic region). From there, it goes to the room.
If she's initially wearing a dark brown coat with a fur lined hood when he's talking to her, then it's definitely Davinia (and there are better vids of her than this one). If it's not her, you'll have to give a bit more info.
