Xhamster video's come up with green squares over them, like there pixelated, it is not my flash player because i can view flash video's anywhere else online, does anyone know how to resolve this problem

Can You point me to a file?

Either it's a decoder problem or the encoding of the video is buggy. You could try updating your codecs, but that might break things if done wrong. So let's make sure those videos are supposed to be working.
