As a Inupiat(Alaskan Inuit) i could see that happening because we are able to surivor anywhere and have uncanny abilites to survive with almost anything:)

Well they'd migrate down to raid the nearest liquor store before beating up their wife and then blaming their whole fucking mess of a life on the government, others people or anyone that was prepared to shoulder the blame for them.
