I do it all the time with my hidden spy cams. I use both a sunglasses version and a baseball cap version. I like the glasses version better because it catches what I am looking at. I also have a unit that looks like a MP3 player that clips on my shirt but it has never worked correctly.
From the angle I would guess the cam was on a shopping cart. Walmart is the best place to get these little girls. Happy hunting

What are you, a noob? Do an ebay search for "spy cam" or "mini dvr", there's like a ton of $5 Chinese devices with cameras built into pens, wrist watches, car keys, etc. Omejo even sells shoes with the camera already built in if you want to do upskirts: hxxp://shop.omejo.com/productsshow.php?id=51 You can easily make your own devices by just taking a small camera like a Flip or a STAYPRO (Google it) and putting it in a laptop bag or just your pocket.

I have a mp3 player with 4gig of memory that shoots 5mp video,and pics. It also has room to add a memory card up to 16gig, making it 20gig, so you could shoot quite a long video no problem, just start it up recording video, put it in your pocket and walk aroung like your listening to music, maybe pretend to be changing song in the store if you wanted to hold it and shoot from another angle, thing was cheap too, like under $50.00 dollars, naxa brand. I used it to film from the dash of my car and it's stays pretty clear.
