I've had this happen too, with friends daughters. We all went to the lake and I decided to cool off with the kids in the water while the parents sat on the shore and watched. The first girl came up to me and ask if I'd throw her in, next thing I know three girls where lined up. And everyone of them squirming on my finger that happened to press against their sweet spot as I lifted them up to throw.
