I confess I'm so fucking angry, my thanksgiving got ruined, this motherfuker really pissed me off...I have this problem that when I drink I become defenseless or something, I become ''too nice'', he wasn't drinking at all, because he said he had to drive, but omg I would love to kick his fucking ass, but then I would look bad in front of the family...apparently this SOB hates me with a passion! He kept on attacking me with sarcastic remarks, he even called me ''ugly'' in front of people, wtf, I'm Brad Pitt compared to him, he is so fucking ugly, and yet he has the nerve to call me ''ugly'', out of nowhere, what a fucking douchbag, but he is my eternal enemy now, I'll never forgive this, life has a funny way of sorting things out, his karma will come. Moral of the story: never drink more than 4 drinks at any family reunion

IMO, if you have this problem, then make sure you don't drink too much next time, so if this punk tries to be a dickhead to you again, you could simply just tell him to watch out or else there'll be consequences, let him know that you don't appreciate his insults and his passive/aggressive smart ass remarks, just avoid him like the plague, but if he bothers you again, to the point that you feel disrespected, just pull him aside and ask him if he wants to take it outside and take it ''like a man''..he'll understand what you mean and get scared shitless

Being called ugly don't suddenly make you ugly, it don't suddenly make other people think you are. But if you get upset because of it then people will think you're over-sensitive to obviously daft, throwaway remarks, and that will make you far less attractive than your physical appearance.
So, to be blunt, grow up and stop being so easily offended by clearly ridiculous insults. If he calls you ugly again, just say something like:
"Mate, I may have hit a few branches of the ugly tree when I fell out, but no-one's denying that my ass fell on your face when I landed."
Turn the joke back round to him, let him laugh with you.
