The federal government plans today to ban popular caffeinated alcoholic drinks that have led to teen deaths, Sen. Charles Schumer said.
Michigan, New York, Oklahoma, Utah and Washington have already banned the fruit-flavored drinks, which teens have nicknamed "Blackout in a Can." They have up to 12% alcohol.
Who cares anyway? Anything under 40% abv simply isn't worth the time.
