You don't see them as men, but they are.

I've seen pictures, so I know what you're talking about. But to me, if it's born male, it's male. If it wants to be female, and tries to, that's its own business. But I still wouldn't get involved.

It just seems that if you realize all the things they had to have done to even appear like women, you know they're men.
