I saw a retard in a walmart bathroom once. He took a shit in the toilet and kept trying to push the turd down the toilet with his hand instead of flushing it. I was washing my hands and leaving when I saw what he was doing. I told him pick up the turd and put it in the garbage can. Dumbass reaches in and picks it up, smells it and put in the trash. Never washed his hands. Grossest thing I ever witnessed, and no toilet paper either.

I have to agree with him to a certain extend. I was the guy writing about my friends retard kid. And I have come across another older one when I was in high school. He tried to pinch the bum of a chick that was working with me there. He was a pervert and a retard, a double negative. Some retards are cool though.
