Believe it or not, I just go with a black screen, nothing at all. I actually think it works better. I used to jack my dick off (and I'm at a respectable 7 inches), but when I did that, girls usually didn't stay for longer than 10-15 minutes. Which kinda makes sense because think about it, who the hell would want to watch someone stroke their dick for longer than 10 minutes, let alone three hours. And also, once you cum, their gone, no questions asked.
What I found that works best is words. In my opinion, being good at talking dirty over chat (you don't even need a mic, just type), is even more valuable than having a big dick or being handsome. Camtasia is good, but costs some money. Quicktime can capture video ok, but not sound.
You're right about what they want. I show on screen, just below eyes. I'm in 60s, with grey beard, and that doesn't put them off, if they stay connected for the first 20 seconds.
