Camtasia is good, but costs some money. Quicktime can capture video ok, but not sound.
You're right about what they want. I show on screen, just below eyes. I'm in 60s, with grey beard, and that doesn't put them off, if they stay connected for the first 20 seconds.

I'll second Camtaisa. It's "free" if you know where to look. I've used it to capture wins in the past a little confusing at first but works wonders.

Use this free software called oCam (just google it), its free and records sound with no limits on file size and no watermarks either. Easy to use and can adjust the capture size to any size you want
