WTF is going on? I thought the site Aministrators where vetting and monitoring what gets posted on this site? Did they go offline to try to sort things out?
If what the site is saying is correct, why, oh why, are they not checking on videos, long and short clips? Surely they must know that certain posters are stealing videos from other sites, mainly the XHAMSTER LIVE site. They have stolen them, posted them on this site and are taking earnings from the people in the video clips as on the XHAMSTER LIVE site showing their wares, doing private shows to earn money, mostly for their needs, but some do this for a good reason, Charity causes.
I HAVE PUT IN SEVERAL COMPLAINTS, BUT THE SITE HAS NOT YET ACTUALLY INVESTIGATED MY COMPLAINTS.
And this site is being monitored by internet authorities, above this site MOTHERLES'S administrators, and these people who insist on uploading items obviously stolen from other sites without any copyright authorities or permission from those who perform in the posts are going to get this site closed down for good.
Now, like most genuine users, I do not want this site to end. I think most of you would agree that you enjoy viewing this site.

I don't think this site is monetized like that for uploaders. If you don't want content stolen don't put it on the web or put a watermark on everything. Copyright is bullshit corporations use to enslave people. Wack bs idc.
So you belive its ok to steal from other sites, if you had, let's say a Fans Only, and you are wanting to earn money from things you do show, and someone copies one of your shows that you make money from, and without your permission posts it on other sites, you would be happy.
And I do not agree with all the copyright stuff, but it is there to protect content, not enslave, as you say.
If you get permission to use content and those performing agree you can use their stuff, then fine, no problem.
thing is, I know permission has not been given. I use the site the video clips were stolen from, and I asked 2-3 of these performers if they knew their content was being posted on this Motherless site. None of them had given any permission, and they never knew their stuff was being posted on other sites. I know 1-2 have tried to make contact with the Motherless administrators but have had no response. I don't know if you know this, Motherless site has been told to clean its content up, no unauthorised content, no stuff that could be from those un willing (4ced, r4ped, traff-ced, under 4ged) the site was told clean up start vetting checking content posted, delete those users members who break terms and conditions the site was offline for 7-10 days very recently, So the site administrators posted they were checking videos and photo content they removed thousands and thosand of posts etc and were still checking and asked the site official members to help and report suspitious content. The authorities that warned Motherless are still watching the site and its content being posted. And things, as I mentioned, could END this site, get it closed down forever.
I personally do not want to see this happen, despite all the changes and the site being very, very different to what it was before the COVID-19 pandemic, it is still an enjoyable site.
I myself loved all the genuine HOMEMADE real genuine content ANAL, DP, & GANGBANGS, sometimes very surprised Girlfriends & Wives, we rarely see the genuine stuff posted anymore as those in the video's had to agree to their content being posted and lots couldnt be varified so the site removed or stopped the posting of such content, there are still some videos of that I just mentioned but they are not genuine Homemade, they claim to be but they have been made with semi pro or pro actors and actresses.
To be 100% honest, I do not think there are any current sites since all the internet Karen policing changes that do have genuine Homemade stuff, most definitely not new stuff.

Copyright infringement is only going to be investigated if they get a take down request from the content owner. The administrators here are looking for illegal activity mainly related to content featuring sub-18 ... which is infinitely more important to all stakeholders than copyright infrigement.

That shit won't get the site "shut down".... That's an internal issue. Illegal shit more severe than copyright infringement will get it shut down. The worst that will happen is that who whoever posted the copyrighted video will have the video removed or they themselves will be removed. The entire fuckin website will not be shut down...
