Op here: They were both there. Her car in the garage, his Honda in the driveway. Would have been easy. Her brother was there though. He's been freeloading there. I like him though, he's like my own little brother I never had. Probably the real reason I didn't.

Nah. Women cheating sucks.. but how much can you love someone? I mean.. theres a reason why the cheat. It never justifies the action, but there are reasons, and you can love someone again if you know their reasons because (hopefully) you can see your own human weaknesses. Loving her doesn't mean going back into her arms.. but it's something worth pursuing to contemplate the why's.. and your own falling short. It might give you some peace.

Same shit happened to my cousin, girl cheated and he moved on and ended up fucking her best friend silly a week later. Their getting married now and it turns out she was wayyyyy better than his original cheating pig of a girlfriend. The two girls aren't friends anymore obviously but move on.
