the thing ive learned is that most single women are open to dating. if you're a nice, non-sweaty guy with a grasp of the english language, most girls wont mind letting you buy them food and some kind of entertainment on a free evening. if a girl tells you she's single you should just ask her out immediately or get her number or facebook and figure out when she's free. be nice but not too nice.
you will learn to appreciate other women besides this chick who does not want to be with you. and other women will not want to be with you. but you have to approach it like a tough game and hopefully you'll learn how to play it well and build solid relationships.
