Guns don't shoot people, people do. Its a tool like any other. It can be misused, but it doesn't make the decision to be fired, or what it's aimed at. Whoever is holding the weapon is at fault, and no one and nothing else. Period.
And it's easier to get a gun illegally than legally. Criminals who plan on shooting people don't follow the law.
