why not use simple logic, the head "appears " larger because of the thickness of the skin surrounding it, once the skin is pulled back it is pretty much the same as any other, although like all cocks size varies.

That's illogical, although not surprising coming from a woman. The head of the penis grows as large as it ever will with puberty. The foreskin does not determine the size of the penis. I'm circumcised and the head of my cock is quite proportionate to the shaft.
