As a flight attendant I am daily placed in situations that could be considered sexual harassment, with passengers openly viewing porn on their tablets and laptops.

in actuality that is not sexual harassment. if they asked if you wanted to watch or showed you the screen without asking, that's sexual harassment. what you're doing is invading their privacy by making it a point to look at what they are watching on their tablets or laptops. but then again you're on here, so id bet money your bathroom breaks aren't just for sanitary purposes.
