I confess that I am considering cheating on my wife. Don't get me wrong, I love her with all of my heart, but she doesn't treat me very well. I'll not go into too much detail, but it's been 4 months since she's even let me touch her. I remain loving and caring towards her, do all that I can to make her happy, but it never seems to be enough. I am not an unattractive guy, in fact I grew accustomed (in my single days) to being the one pursued, not the one doing the chasing. I'm still occasionally pursued to this day (though the ring usually puts a stop to that). Fidelity is important to me, I've never cheated on anyone before, but 4 fucking months of no fucking?!?!?! How much can a guy take?

We've done that before. It helps for a month or two, then she goes off again. Frankly, we can't afford it at the moment anyway, financially.

12-25 on average, the past 4 months aside, obviously. We are in our late 20s, and have been married for less than 5 years. Here's the real kicker, she has accused me of cheating on her 6 separate times, without me ever having done so, without me having given her a reason to suspect said actions.
the idea that she may be "projecting" has crossed my mind, but she really hasn't had the opportunity, even if she were inclined. She goes to work with a family member of mine, then comes home, so she doesn't really have a chance to sneak off.

I do love her, but she's also doing me a huge disservice by holding out for such a ridiculous amount of time. The question that comes to mind is: If she loves me, why would she be doing this to me? To further that line of thought, does someone who doesn't love me deserve my fidelity?

Here's a thought... Tell her that you still love her and care about her but that you feel the need for sex. If that doesn't spur her into fucking you within a day or two trot the subject out again and tell her that you want to go out for sex because you can't get it at home. Don't make it a request for permission, and don't be rude about it, just be honest.
Then do it. After that point, if she catches you, it's on her.

If you don't like the relationship, then leave it.
Or atleast attempt to. It might have a much stronger effect than any couples therapy.
It will also most likely mean the actual end of the relationship, so only do it if you're sure. Maybe she's waiting for YOU to end it, because SHE'S not happy.
