CHAT BOT SAYING WE ARE SPAMMING THE CHANNEL AND BEING BANNED

Hi not sure who to talk to or message but the Chat bot constantly ques to my Spouse Bonnie_Hottie That she is spamming the boards. Today it Banned us both Not sure why.
Only thing i can think of is because we are both on the same Wan ip but different computers. Computers that are identical in every way except for ip addresses assigned by our Router.
Is this our Fault. Should we just stop using the site or is there a Way to Solve this.
OR am i just way wrong and its a @ in the chat that just do not want us there.
Someone please help .

I've seen this happen to other people before when they try to log into different accounts using the same computer or the same account using different devices.
