PLEASE can someone shed some light on this as I am worried she's doing something that she'll get out of her depth with or regret,

She was probably making signs for people. On some sites people sell signs where they'll write your username or things like that on a piece of paper or on a part of their body and take pictures for you in exchange for stuff. That's a pretty big thing on an anime RP site I used to go on when I was younger.
