I was working last night.

Keon called out to me "Hey Tom!" Keon is the young black man whom we work with -- wonderful chef.

"Hey Tom! We have food back here."

I came over and looked at the several pans he had laid out for myself and the rest of staff.

"Oh man!!! You're going to make me get even fatter!!!" I said.

I hadn't even started the wonderful chicken fajitas which someone else made for me.

"Tom!! Now you're hurting my feelings!"

"No. Sorry. No," i said.

"I need to make a big salad to go along with this."

"There you go!," he said. "You got it. Proportions!"

So anyway, they're too kind to me at work. I come home with several meals.

Life is good.

NOTE: 35 years old is young to me.
