Don't know much about a-sexuals, but I do know something about a-holes, of which you appear to be a most excellent example.
Your gf's sister, who has some class, saw what you were fumbling toward and tried to sidestep it. Right now, she's being conflicted about telling her sister what an a-hole you are.
