Help, I'm having trouble lasting "long" in bed.

I tend to go through "phases" where I can as last long as 15-30mins, and sometimes ~10mins. These phases can range from a month or two.

I'm 25 y/o 5'9 150lbs. Not in the -best- shape but I do exercise about twice a week and tend to eat on the healthier side, i.e not a lot of junk food.
