Inzest definiert ausschließlich den vaginalen Geschlechtsverkehr zwischen Verwandten ersten Grades. Alles andere ist in Deutschland erlaubt, sofern die Beteiligten volljährig sind.
Können gleichgeschlechtliche Verwandte miteinander Kinder zeugen? Logischerweise nicht! Deshalb kein Inzest, und somit erlaubt.
In Portugal, in Spanien, in Frankreich, in Belgien, in Holland, in Russland, in der Türkei und in Japan, ist Inzest (vag. Verkehr...) übrigens erlaubt.;)
