Thanksgiving Leftovers?
In 2009 and then again later, "the bobbie," was voted best sandwich in America.
My point is that leftover turkey with cranberry and mayo makes a great sanwich. A great way to use the leftovers.
I do not add stuffing to my wonderful turkey sandwich -- too much bread. In stead i add some leftover turkey drippings or stock with some poultry herbs to mimic the taste of stuffing.

I went out grocery shopping. I got fresh herbs, white wine, fresh corn, chicken and other veggies -- everything that i need to make a good pot of chicken soup.
As i left the shopping district it started snowing. When it's cold and yucky out then staying home and making soup is the perfect solution.

I must confess, I treat sluts and whores like queens, I buy them gifts, take them to concerts, go to las vegas, clothes, lots and lots of panties, the finest wine , whiskey herbs and crystalline spices. then I fuck them like cheap whores and sluts, I like to have one suck my cock at an adult bookstore, then she will fuck all the guys and gurls that stopped to see her swallow my load.

People wiser than me have advised me that i ought to simmer a whole chicken for 8 to 10 hours for the best broth. I'll not argue against that.
And an honorable mention to Randomonium for using a leftover chicken carcass [bones, fat, skin, etc]. Simmer it for hours instead of tossing it in the bin. Smart.
Despite all this wisdom imparted upon me, i'll be ignoring it. I CONFESS that i'll be taking an easy shortcut.
I'll be using Better than Bouillon Roasted Chicken base, Reduced Sodium. It's great stuff. Many chefs recommend it. I"ll use this chcken base to slow cook a combination of vegetables, lentils and/or rice. Do this with garlic and herbs.
As this is cooking i'll cut up a rotisserie chicken that i got at the supermarket -- inexpensive, tender, juicy and flavorful.
This dish might not win me any awards. But i know that will taste better than alternatives out there. More than good enough for me. Also much healthier and economical than other foods.
