I own a few houses in a college town. It's rental income. Typical flood of coeds in spring/fall and empties out in summer. Pretty strict on screening and on rules because college kids can be really destructive, and they're financially broke. Anyhow got a sob story from a young lady who was short $200. My rule has always been the 7th, not the 1st. Shit happens, I totally get it, so you've got a week. Anyhow she's got a sob story, I tell her to get it from the parents. She asks if I can let her skate on $200 short. First she drops hints, I'm oblivious, then she drops clothers. 19, bright red hair, I'm sucked, fucked, and busting a nut all in 30 minutes. Unexpected is an understatement. I'm 38. I work out but I'm not a college kid. I'm guessing maybe she's into older guys, no clue. Odd part is she gave me the $200 a few days later, and then blew me again. She's fucking amazing. I'm just glad my wife hasn't met her.
