I have a bit of a situation and I need an opinion from you guys.
Ill break down my story into 3 brief parts for ease of reading.

1) Me:
I work a white collar job at a well established company in the downtown NYC.

2) The credit card incident:
This evening I was working late at the office. At around 6:45 the cleaning crew comes into our office to clean up the waste bins. The lady who cleans around my desk is in her late 20's..maybe 28-29ish. Very cute, hispanic and has a petite, good body.

I deliberately placed my credit card under my waste bin, as if I'd dropped it there by mistake. I knew she would see it when she was cleaning up, it was pretty visible. I wanted to see if she would hand it over to me since I sit right next to it.
She didn't! In fact when she placed the bin back in its place, she placed it directly on top of my credit card so as to obstruct my view completely. This was a good litmus test to see what was in her head at the time. In my POV, she would probably have come back after I left the office and snagged it.

3) The actual conversation:
I left about 10 mins after the credit incident, she was still in my office cleaning other desks. Nobody else was around. I stopped by and this was the conversation we had:

Me: "Hey, I live nearby and am moving out of my apartment this month end. I was looking for somebody who could help me with cleaning the bathroom and kitchen tiles and do some house cleanup."

Her: Her face completely lit up with a huge smile and she pointed to herself and in broken English, she said, "Me Me! I can do it".

Me: " Sooooo...should I call you?"

Her: "Yes yes, and she wrote her number on some cleaning napkins and gave me a huge smile".

Me: "Thank you, I will call you and we could work out any amount for your services."

Her: "Thank you."

And then I left.

My Dilemma:
Although I can genuinely use this ladys help in cleaning up my apartment before moving out, now I having some wicked thoughts in my head, especially after seeing the way she jumped up when I told her I was looking for help.

I plan on calling her this weekend, How much should I pay her for cleaning up? How do I take it further and tempt her by giving some more cash? I know I sound like the devil right now, but Im a generous giver and can pay her whatever she asks me. I'll help her out if she does too.
