How is it? Honest question out of curiosity. There aren't really any videos or photos showcasing this.

So my questions are...
Noise levels. Is your pee more hissy and loud after infibulation or is it quieter?

Stream control. Are you able to angle or control the direction of your stream when peeing, or is it restricted to going only straight down?

And finally, piss strength. Would you say you have more or less freedom when peeing while infibulated? Or for the most part is your stream heavily reduced due to the narrow opening?
