It made the rounds a few years ago and even showed up on Tosh.0 once. It's only a few seconds long and consists of a moving camera shot on an outdoor patio area. It rounds a corner and comes up to a curly haired blonde in, I believe, a blue bikini top. The fps speeds up, some crazy music plays and she does this weird little dance and laughs maniacally.
