I'm optimistic that Mubarak stepped down and Egypt are going to have a change in government. It's a great sign for the Middle East, because other autocratic governments in the region will have seen the effect that spontaneous people-power can have on a regime's tenability. Hopefully it'll give other countries hope that reform CAN happen, and it can have a snow-ball effect on the rest of the region.

First Tunsia, now Egypt... well done, Middle East!
