what does my ip range has been attempting to connect too many times in too short a duration mean?also anyone know how long must i wait until i can connect again to the chat room?is it possible some malicious third party is screwing around here?anyone attempting to answer i would be happy if they are actually in the know more or less vague or approximate answers are of no use.
