So what determines whether or not a chaturbate video will be taken down for DMCA violations? Video of these 2 girls has been up since 14th january 2014 with thousands of views and favorites, whereas my upload of a recent show they did was taken down within 7 hours.
I need to know what I can and cannot upload otherwise this is a shitfest.

Whether or not a DMCA takedown request is received is the only relevant factor..motherless has no control over which media is removed for this..but motherless has to comply with these legal requests..
