Need a spy camera

The cellphone works well and no one suspects it's recording with the screen off. I've thought about a spy camera before but I think that I'd still have the same issue. Sometimes I'm able to get close enough by looking on the bottom shelf at something. That one I have in the top of the post was playing on her cellphone and not paying attention to me and that allowed me to get some good shots.
