So you are doing martial arts and there's a couple doing martial arts aswell. He is all buff and angry "u no fuk wit me"-style and she is very good looking and insults everyone. They make out and both enjoy the jealous looks they get. She knows that she made the right decision with him as nobody dares to approach her or set her straight out of fear of her boyfriend, so she gets the protection she craves for. Point blank? Insult her, insult her to her face. Not the "shut the fuck up whore" sort of way. But in a way that's almost joking. Work your way in with her by doing this, she'll warm up to it eventually. If she gets to in your face and insulting then get a bit passionate about your love of the martial art and their lack of respect. That at least makes an impact. But get in good with her, really good. All the while, train. Also all the while make negative comments, things that will affect his self esteem. They make not seem like it but when you finally make comments that hit home with them, they hurt more than any normal person could. Train harder than you ever have before. But you have to be very very nice about it. Be better than him and you can, you just have to know your art. And in a very respectful sparring session whip his ass. Whip it like no other. And all the while show a great amount of respect and pride. She will be drawn to you, and you will also be a leader. But you have to balance everything the best you can. If you can't do this, you're fucked. Good luck to you.

My suggestion - grab a book on reflexology.

Use simple words from wushu and the like -

Offer to rub her feet, hands and neck before the next time they work out.
Do his as well.

Do his painful - and then do hers very soothing.
Do that each time - she will love your touch - and when he sees her enjoy yours - he will think your digging in...
When he manhandles her - she will get pissed.

It works - I have my 3rd DAN so i live on both sides of that fence however...

in short - reflexology is used quite a bit.

When you relax the chi - and wake up the outer edges of your body - you would be shocked at what your body can achieve.

Field tested - yes.

We routinely land the nice little ladies that take lessons on a weekly basis

truth is- i don't care if you believe me - but for shits and giggles - go grab a book on reflexology and learn something ... give it a shot and "field test" this yourself.
