Thousands rally against Ga. immigration

But the facts are..we do not need them or want them.

JOE LEGAL vs. JOSE ILLEGAL

You have two families: "Joe Legal" and "Jose Illegal".
Both families have two parents, two children, and live in California .

Joe Legal works in construction, has a Social Security Number and makes
$25.00 per hour before taxes are deducted.

Jose Illegal also works in construction, has NO Social Security Number,
and gets paid $15.00 cash "under the table".

Ready? Now pay attention...

Joe Legal: $25.00 per hour x 40 hours = $1000.00 per week, or $52,000.00
per year. Now take 30% away for state and federal tax; Joe Legal now has
$31,231.00.

Jose Illegal: $15.00 per hour x 40 hours = $600.00 per week, or $31,200.00
per year. Jose Illegal pays no taxes. Jose Illegal now has $31,200.00.

Joe Legal pays medical and dental insurance with limited coverage for his
family at $600.00 per month, or $7,200.00 per year. Joe Legal now has
$24,031.00.

Jose Illegal has full medical and dental coverage through the state and
local clinics at a cost of $0.00 per year. Jose Illegal still has
$31,200.00.

Joe Legal makes too much money and is not eligible for food stamps or
welfare. Joe Legal pays $500.00 per month for food, or $6,000.00 per year.
Joe Legal now has $18,031.00.

Jose Illegal has no documented income and is eligible for food stamps and
welfare. Jose Illegal still has $31,200.00.

Joe Legal pays rent of $1,200.00 per month, or $14,400.00 per year. Joe
Legal now has $9,631.00.

Jose Illegal receives a $500.00 per month federal rent subsidy. Jose
Illegal pays out that $500.00 per month, or $6,000.00 per year. Jose
Illegal still has $ 31,200.00.

Joe Legal pays $200.00 per month, or $2,400.00 for insurance. Joe Legal
now has $7,231.00.

Jose Illegal says, "We don't need no stinkin' insurance!" and still has
$31,200.00. Better yet, his new babies were born in the US , so they are
considered legal so they get state Medi-Caid and food stamps because he
technically has NO income.

Joe Legal has to make his $7,231.00 stretch to pay utilities, gasoline,
etc.

Jose Illegal has to make his $31,200.00 stretch to pay utilities, gasoline
and what he sends out of the country every month.

Joe Legal now works overtime on Saturdays or gets a part time job after
work.

Jose Illegal has nights and weekends off to enjoy with his family.

Joe Legal's and Jose Illegal's children both attend the same school. Joe
Legal pays for his children's lunches while Jose Illegal's children get a
government sponsored lunch Jose Illegal's children have an after school
ESL program. Joe Legal's children go home (or childcare, that costs even
more).

Joe Legal and Jose Illegal both enjoy the same police and fire services,
but Joe paid for them and Jose did not pay.

I hate illegals and think they should be shipped back where they came from in 6x2x2 foot crates, but this is absolutely retarded and wrong on every point. The life of an illegal is long hours for shit pay, no health care and no security, and that's why they should be executed: they make life that much more difficult for the people who belong here by driving wages down and destroying the rights of labor.

^^ And then we have all the lazy fucks on welfare who never work for the Gov. food, cash and housing. If we could deport the illegals back to mexeko, and make the lazy fucks work for all the free stuff they get.. we will be a hell of a lot better off.

Well said OP. In Arizona we've had emergency rooms and hospitals close because they've been overrun by illegals, who are only paid for by taxpayers. Now in these communities NO ONE, including the taxpaying citizens have hospital care. And the Obama administration is too busy prosecuting homeowners that defend themselves while attacked in their own homes by illegals.

BTW, where does Joe Legal get $600/mo health insurance for his family? My health insurance cost has increased by 35% since Obamacare passed, and I"m single! $600/mo. would be a bargain!

Very appreciated, sir. T/Y. We are starting to see that now with more & more states (like Georgia) passing similar laws to not give illegals special rights. Ever since we passed our law here, the US public opinion has been with us at 70% or more.

^^ One problem, liberals will wait till the middle of the night and tear it down, or the illegals will round up 50 or more and mob your home and call you a rassistt.
This is NOT the America in was raised in 20 or 30 years ago.

What the OP has done is proved that "we" do want them. The employers who hire them sure want them. That's why we have them.

In Arizona we passed a law that fines business bigtime if they get caught hiring illegals. Simple solution.

Yes, it has dropped dramatically...along with the amount of illegals staying here. We actually had a crush down at the border with them trying to get back to Mexico. We don't need "comprehensive immigration reform", we just need to enforce the laws currently on the books.

LOL, keep trying MX. You have a dog in the fight so you're not going to see it any other way other then your point of view. Right now in Emanuel County the unemployment rate is hovering at 12%, not to mention the people that live under the poverty line there. If you think they can't get someone to pick fruit there, your nuts (pun intended).

I picked berries for many summers to earn extra money when I was a kid. Now my niece and nephews have had that opportunity taken away by illegals hired by the farmers.

Also, it just amazes me when Latino's think its sane & humanitarian to allow Mexicans to travel across hundreds of miles of desert, and when they get here to live in squalor to work at a job with no benefits and substandard pay. Want to know why? Because it's all political and about pushing a far left-wing agenda onto the citizens of this country. Any humane person would be trying to discourage their countrymen from coming to the USA under those conditions.

Part of the deal that the US made with Mexico back in the 1980s and 90s is that Americans would get access to Mexican assets (in the past it was illegal for foreigners to have shares in Mexican corporations), large parts of Mexico would be devoted to producing produce for the US market, and, in return, the US would take in tens of millions of surplus Mexican laborers.

You did leave out a big part of the statement: opening the Mexican economy to foreign investment. I suppose that it's jolly unlikely that the US and Mexican governments would have put such a quid pro quo in writing. I'm making an inference from the clear facts. The Mexicans allowed foreign investment and diversion of a serious part of their agriculture to production for the US market. What would induce the Mexicans to do this? And their are 12 or 15 million illegal Mexican immigrants in the US. Unconnected facts? Maybe. But maybe because it's the deal that the US and the Mexicans made to allow "free trade".

Let's listen to Comrade Obama & let in another 20 million illegals.... I'm sure they've got nothing whatsoever to do with the unemployment rate going up again today.
