Even if the computer messed up and they took it to someone to have it fixed, unless they take it to the FBI, they won't be able to tell who installed the RAT.

Well, except this guy would have been the only person to have installed software on her computer. I guess you could say it was a virus that the kid accidentally downloaded, but...single guy, cute teen...nobody will believe the virus story.
