I am in college and have spent several summers working for the ACLU. Currently I am working on a term paper about human DNA. I am getting in hard spot as the professor is a racist asshole.
I am trying to find some place in the world that is either black or African or African American that is civilized and livable but the date for my term paper is drawing near and I haven't found any.
Please help me defeat these racist assholes.

You can't say the U.S. as it is predominately white. All the black areas are unlivable. Trinidad and tobago are possesions of other countries and the Virgin Islands is also under white rule.

The truth is that every African AND Carribean country has been in turmoil and bankrupt to one degree or another for the last 300 years UNLESS there has been European or American influence that has poured money, technology, etc. into said country. This is not a "racist" view, it is simply a fact of history. But in the politcally correct atmosphere in which we live, pointing out FACT in an unbiased way is "racist".
Let me turn this around and ask you...what great advance to science, technology, economics, mankind, etc. has come from the African continent over the last 300 years? Thousands of examples can be named from Europe, America, Japan, etc. To any open-minded person, the lack this indicates MUCH. And by the way, this is a serious question, so trying to be funny and naming Aids as a contribution by Africa isnt' necessary.
