If you want to unload the tornado of guilt and self-disgust, and feel 'clean' again, you gotta tell someone who will not judge you, and gives a shit, and will sit and look you in the eyes while you face up to yourself, while facing them.
Think of it as a would-be-rapists 5th Step (look up 12 Steps). Maybe Sex Addicts Anonymous could help you, or someone who got Sexually Sober. at least to get the best part of confession done.
Here's a hint: You won't find many of them in here, unless they have a distinct spiritual purpose in being here....can't think of one, myself.
