I confess that I have never learned how to use a tampon. It confused me when I first got my period, and now that I'm an adult it feels weird to try to figure it out. I just wear pads and I will jab a wad of Kleenex up there when I have it. It's actually quite convenient cause I can change it regularly, it's much cheaper, and there's no worry about not being able to get to a tampon if I'm somewhere, cause most places have at least toilet paper.

easy instructions for you: extend string, insert tampon making sure it stays in place, bleed, remove and repeat.
