I confess I have genital herpes and it really sucks. It’s the worst STI to get, most other STI’s clear up with a dose of antibiotics and you move on with your life, even HIV now is treated to the point where you can’t pass it on to someone.
With herpes there always a chance your new partner can catch it. Herpes shreds when not showing any symptoms. No new partner will take the risk and I don’t blame them.
