I believe she said that you violated her trust by posting things after she says "please don't post this to motherless." She never claimed that it was a violation of any right. It just hurts her feelings. She has acknowledged that she needs this job even though it puts her at risk for this sort of thing. She doesn't assert any kind of false sense of entitlement, just laments the impersonal lack of concern for her wishes. Now she says she will only disrobe privately. This is why we can't have nice things.

This exactly. I used to do public chaturbate shows until i found a recording of me on another site. Now, I make almost as much doing just private shows and dont have to worry about being plastered all over the internet. Under DMCA you can't use anyone likeness on a website without their permission. It would be assumed that a performer would give permission too the website they were doing their cam show on. However, you were never given permission too record it and upload elsewhere ( just recording it itself can be considered copyright infringement.) , and motherless never got permission to use her image. You can say what you want about it being a "public" show. Cam sites and models do not give you permission to record them and upload elsewhere, and doing so is breaking the law.

There is no claim on privacy, if you chat in public.
There is no claim to copyright, unless you are the video owner; and if the two of you are chatting any one (or both) can be the owner.
This being said Motherless will take down anything that is DMCA'ed, without proof…However it would be bad for business for a chat performer to do so; videos are their only form of advertisement. There is also a little matter about pissing off your fans.
