@Feelerup Cassidy says stripping the prisoner naked was a way to show disrespect and humiliate as well as being necessary for giving the shocks. She says she was shy and found it intimidating and sexually menacing to be made to undress for interrogation. As you say she must have felt it even more when tied down with her legs spread.

@FanDeFellation Ignoring the ethics of using torture, the parilla worked very well. The level of pain and length of the session could be fine tuned to suit the prisoner's size, stamina and stubbornness. Cassidy said the pain was enormous when they used the vaginal electrode, turned up the voltage and gave her a string of shocks in quick succession with no pause between them. @FanDeFellation Fire in the hole :-) Quite often in real life when it was a woman on the parrilla they used a metal electrode pushed up inside her vagina - so the fire was actually 'in the hole'. Or more accurately the current ran through her body from her vagina to wherever they touched the second electrode to make the circuit.
