@Colt44rr That's quite easy to understand. Small cocks aren't good fpr fucking. So the only possible two uses are as extreme torture objects where size doesn't influenece the ammount of inflictable pain or as cutting objects where size only matters if you want to cu it in slices. But cutting slices from it is also a kind of torture so for pure cutting objects size really doesn't matter because they are always cut at the base. No matter how few inches they are.

From what I can see most of the cut off cocks are small. There are some larger cocks that have been removed, but not many. Guess if they're small they'd just rather not have one at all.
